It’s a no brainer. Ski or board at our Lake Tahoe ski and cross-country resorts with special discounted lift tickets and help our local schools.
It’s part of the Tahoe Truckee Excellence in Education Foundation Skiing (TTEEF) for Schools Days – woohoo! – that TAMC and locals love to support.
The benefits are endless. Get smart and buy your TTEEF ticket today. Schools matter.
New this season, ticket purchasers are no longer limited to one day or a specific week of skiing and snowboarding at participating resorts, as most tickets can be used any day of the season, non-holiday. This change gives ticket holders much more flexibility and a season full of opportunities to get on the slopes, save money and contribute to the success of local students.
Those interested in skiing and riding at participating resorts in North Lake Tahoe including Homewood, Northstar California Resort, Royal Gorge Cross Country, Squaw Valley | Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Tahoe XC, Tahoe Donner Cross Country and Tahoe Donner Downhill are encouraged to purchase tickets now, as there are a limited number of tickets to be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are not available for purchase at the resorts but may be pre-purchased online at ExinEd.org or in person at Tahoe Dave’s, Alpenglow in Tahoe City, and Paco’s in Truckee.
The proceeds from each lift ticket purchase directly support the Excellence in Education Foundation, which provides enhanced educational opportunities to local Tahoe-Truckee area students.
Tickets are not refundable. For more information, please call 530-550-7984.
About Tahoe Truckee Excellence in Education Foundation:
The Tahoe Truckee Excellence in Education Foundation was founded in 1986 as a business/education partnership. The Foundation’s efforts are targeted to enhance the education of 4,000 students in a school district that encompasses 11 schools in a geographic area of 720 square miles.
The Foundation supports “hands-on” academic learning experiences for students and promotes instruction that is meaningful and relevant in real-world situations. The Foundation awards grants to teachers in the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District through a competitive, selective application process. The Foundation recognizes exceptional teachers and Classified Employees through the Linda Brown Fellows and Star Award programs. The Foundation is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors and Advisory Board of over 40 community members with a broad range of experience, representing all geographic areas of the community.
