See the mastery of Native American basket weaving in action at Layton park next to the Gatekeeper’s Museum on September 6, 2008.
Held on the Museum grounds, this event features sales, exhibits and demonstrations by California and Nevada weavers.
Basketry will include storage, wicker and burden baskets, bowls, trays, tule duck decoys, gift baskets, beaded baskets, miniatures and jewelry, from willow, redbud, fern, pine needles and more!

Gatekeeper’s Museum
Located lakeside, just south of the “Y” in Tahoe City. This event will be held on the Museum grounds in Layton Park.
The Museum will be open from 11am - 5pm. Museum admission is $3 general, $2 seniors and $1 children.
