A 16 mile trail that connects the Tahoe Rim Trail near Mt. Rose to Reno.

It could become a reality by fall 2009, with some help. And you can!
Buy your Mt. Rose Value Pass, and contribute an extra $5 to the Reno to Rim Trail. That’s it.
In 2007, Mt. Rose pass holders raised $8,000. To keep the wheels rolling, Mt. Rose has pledged $5,000 per year for three years.
The multi-year, multi-million dollar trail project is a collaborative effort between Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe, the Sierra Front Recreation Coalition, Tahoe Rim Trail Association, USFS, Carson Ranger District and Washoe County.
