Rock Climbing Self Rescue Skills at Lover’s Leap.
Local expert mountain guides are holding another Self Rescue course at Lover’s Leap on Sunday, August 17.
This all day course will cover belay escapes, friction hitches, necessary knots, ascending/descending ropes, and haul systems.
ONLY $100 (minimum of three students)
It’s hard to put a price on these skills that can save your life and your partner’s.
Lover’s Leap is located in Strawberry and rises from the American River Canyon floor almost 600 feet to the top point.

Lover’s Leap Guides provide rock climbing guide services for all ages and abilities conducted by long time locals who know the routes and how to avoid the crowds. All guides are AMGA trained.
