With winter knocking on our door, it’s important to stay supple and to build strength so our outdoor adventures are even more fun, powerful and enduring. And to keep our minds and hearts open.

Private Classes 1-5 people $60/hr. - Additional person $10 each.
Each class is appropriate for all levels, unless otherwise specified.
Level 1-2 identifies a slower paced class.
