Allie E. Almario from Myths and Mountains, will be presenting an overview of the remote Galapagos Islands.

The Galapagos contains some of the world’s most fascinating animals on the planet. And it’s one of the few places on earth you can get up close and personal with blue-footed boobies, penguins, pelicans, sea lions, and wild tortoises. The most entertaining species of the Galapagos Islands is the blue-footed booby. Its name is taken from the Spanish ‘bobo’ which means clown.

The blue-footed booby isn’t they only booby on the island - there are also masked and red footed boobies.
