For 27 years, SnowFest! has been North Shore’s premier winter festival hosting unique events showcased during Tahoe’s incredible March weather over 10 days.

SnowFest! made its first appearance in March of 1982 to show skiers that Tahoe’s legendary snowpack lasts well past the Presidents’ holiday.

“The Empress”, an enchanting magical fantasy, was created by Cathy McClelland, local Kings Beach artist.
