lightcap.jpgIs it a water bottle or a lantern. It’s both!

And, it’s great for the planet. No batteries to throw away. Recharged by the sun.

The LightCap. Using a rechargeable solar-powered LED light system in the cap, this 1-liter unbreakable water bottle is great for camping, boating or anytime.

2 rechargeable LED lights: white for bright light to read, and red for night vision or to use as a safety beacon.

  • 8 hours of light per charge. NO BATTERIES!
  • LED Cap - completely sealed and waterproof
  • Extra wide mouth - easy to drink and clean
  • Polycarbonate bottle - won’t retain odors or flavors
  • Ergonomic and Textured - easy to grip and it won’t roll

Developed by Eric Sanford and engineered by Matt Bronson, long-time part-time local (remember Astro Tunes?), the LightCap can be found at these South Shore stores:

  • Sierra Ski & Cycle Works - 3430 Lake Tahoe Blvd.
  • Patagonia at Heavenly - Heavenly Village
  • Tahoe Trading Post - Crescent V Center
