Join the TRT staff during its 3rd Winter Trails Snowshoe Season.
Great for novices, experienced trekkers and the entire family to discover the great fitness and social benefits of snowshoeing. All treks are accompanied by TRTA staff & volunteer guides and are FREE. You must bring snowshoes and don’t forget the trekking poles, food, water and sunscreen.

- Saturday, January 12 National Winter Trails Day
Snowshoe trek with winter safety talk and demonstrations by Tahoe Backcountry Ski Patrol.
Where: Tahoe Meadows (North Shore) 10 am-2pm

- Tuesday, January 22nd Full Moon Snowshoe Trek 7 pm-9pm

Level: Moderate (elevation gain)
- Saturday, January 26th 10 am-2pm
Where: Martis Peak (North Shore)
Distance: 8 miles
Level: Moderate
- Saturday, February 2nd 10 am-1pm
Where: Big Meadow (South Shore)
Distance: 5 miles

- Saturday, February 9th 10 am-12pm
