Aloha!

dryalohalake.JPGThe lack of snow in Tahoe this year has created some very interesting landscapes.

Like Lake Aloha. This photo was shot August 16.

We were able to walk on rock formations usually covered by water. Scramble on scree. Find waterfalls and flowers normally hard to get to.

Truly a hike not to miss this year.

Who knows?

Next year we may get so much snow you won’t be able to discover the under side of Aloha.
