I love meeting people with different perspectives of our world.
Different is subjective though. Different to some is “normal” to others. That’s why I like artists.
Like Nick Cope.
A very talented painter from South Shore, Nick’s world is captured in his colorful, energetic paintings. Nick blends his Cincinnati roots with his new life in the mountains to create thought provoking images.
At his studio last week, Nick unveiled his newest paintings. Against the stark background of his classic Tahoe cabin, his paintings screamed of creativity.
Like “Know Time” and “Monkey Eating a Twinkie”.
While Nick is leaving soon to attend art school in SF, he will keep his South Shore connection and be back to play in the mountains.
Sure hope so.
